Terms of Service

MK Global is a personal shopping and forwarding service based in Lebanon. We help customers purchase items from global e-commerce platforms including SHEIN, AliExpress, Amazon, Temu, Noon, Namshi, Alibaba, and Trendyol, and deliver them to Lebanon.

We act as a purchasing intermediary. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any of the platforms we shop from on your behalf.

Orders are placed by contacting us via WhatsApp. You are responsible for providing accurate product links, sizes, colors, quantities, and delivery information.

We will confirm your order details and provide a price quote before proceeding. Orders are only processed after your confirmation and payment are received.

Payment terms depend on the order. In most cases, payment is collected after your items arrive in Lebanon. For some orders, a partial deposit may be required upfront with the remaining balance due on receipt. We will confirm the exact arrangement with you before proceeding.

The quoted price includes the product cost, our service fee, and estimated shipping to Lebanon. Prices may change due to currency fluctuations or shipping rate updates, and any adjustment will be shared with you before your order is confirmed.

Delivery timelines vary depending on the platform and shipping route. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or force majeure events outside our control. We will keep you updated on your order status throughout the process.

Return eligibility depends on the policies of the originating platform. We will assist you in initiating returns where possible, but cannot guarantee refunds from third-party platforms.

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, or does not match your order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we will work to resolve the issue.

You may not use our service to purchase counterfeit goods, prohibited items, or products restricted by Lebanese customs regulations.

We reserve the right to decline any order we deem inappropriate, illegal, or outside the scope of our service.

MK Global's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms, couriers, or customs authorities.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
